Please describe the problem:
Defined "Log out" keyboard shortcut does not result in any action.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open gnome-keybinding-properties.
2. Define a "Log out" shortcut.
3. Try it.


Actual results:
Nothing.

Expected results:
Log out dialog.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
This shortcut worked in 2.14, but was broken for the whole 2.16 series. Please fix for 2.18, if you can!
