steps to reproduce:
1) Go to Mail 
2) Open email composer
3) select format->html
4) right click 

Mnemonics missing "Insert Link"

Hi! This is Naresh.N, I doing my academic project on Evolution. This is my first proposed patch for bug 407365. The bug is mnemonic missiong for "Insert LInk" at right click the mouse by selecting HTML for mail composer. Thanq!
