Please install the package "gnucash-debuginfo", then try to reproduce this crash and send us the (more verbose) stack trace. Also, did you run the "Aqbanking setup wizard" successfully? Did you run it just before this crash occurred (i.e. before restarting gnucash) or did you run it days ago? Did this "Get Balance" ever worked, or does it crash every time?
