The "bookmark-new" icon could be related to local bookmarks as folders, remote bookmarks as web pages, abstact bookmarks like manual pages in Yelp and so on.

So IMHO could be better remove the paper and keep only the orange bookmark + the twinkle star.

Nautilus just uses list-add for adding bookmarks which seems to work fine... do we really need bookmark-new?
