1. create a playlist name it "favorite"
2. then add some audio file to it.
3. type in search bar

filter audio listing that match in the search bar

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

This was fixed a long time ago, 0.9.3 is very old, 0.9.7 is the latest release.
