Description David Gerber 2007-01-26 08:26:24 UTC
Totem should allow to resume playing a file where we left it (either by exiting Totem or playing something else). This is useful when watching a movie for example, or playing a long mp3 mix. It should remember at least the files displayed in the "Recently used" menu (but more than that wouldn't hurt). Perhaps it could ignore files smaller than 5 minutes since one is unlikely to want to resume those.

Other information:
How to do this in a non annoying way? My suggestion would be to add a 'Resume' button next to the play button (or have a drop down menu that shows up when you keep pressing the 'play/pause' button for 1 second) if the movie can be resumed.
