Note that we currently display directory item counts where we would otherwise display directory sizes. So if we decide we can display directory sizes, it either needs to be an option (where you get item counts otherwise), or we need to think about displaying the item counts somewhere else.

These are duplicates, but Bugzilla strangeness causes them to be marked NEW so I
