help/C/evolution-2.8.xml contains:
Copyright (C) 2004 Novell, Inc. All rights reserved. No part of this publication may be reproduced, photocopied, stored on a retrieval system, or transmitted without the express written consent of the publisher.


This is obviously incompatible with the GPL/GFDL combination currently in use in evolution.

Could you please confirm the licensing is an unintentional mistake and clarify the actual license?

svn blame points at "kharish" for this particular line; kharish could you check why this restrictive license was added?
