evolution-addressbook-export < [attached test file] may cause evolution-addressbook-export crashes.

Because in addressbook/tools/evolution-addressbook-export-list-cards.c, p_actctx->action_list_cards.addressbook_folder_uri may be NULL. So g_warning may cause a segment fault.
