Description Keywan Najafi Tonekaboni 2007-01-09 23:12:08 UTC
wouldn't it be great, if totem could automatically detect subtitles files in different languages?

Example:

Movie.avi
Movie.srt --> this file will automatically used for subtitles

Movie_de.srt, Movie_fr.srt, Movie_cn.srt ...

If the srt-file has the same filename like the movie plus a underscore and a language code it will recognized and listed in the "Subtitles" submenu of "View".

That's iffy at best. Mark as a duplicate of the bug to add a way to manually select text subtitles.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
