When enlarging the Payment Dialog window, space is currently allocated to each widget equally.  The only widget that would benefit from additional space is the Transfer Account tree.  Adjusting the box packing for this dialog would improve the visual appearance of the dialog when enlarged, as well as make the account tree easier to use.
