What were you doing when the application crashed? Unmounting (ejecting) a mounted camera volume icon. Many digital cameras turn themselves off after a short period of time. The camera in this case, (Samsung D53) had turned itself off. I think the software has no error trapping for this case of the camera not being available physically or logically due to being powered down when an attempt is made to unmount the volume, so because of not being able to communicate with the device, the application crashes.
