When entering a transaction with multiple splits, if the transaction is not balanced, and the user presses 'TAB' out of the last field (credit) of the split, the cursor moves back up to the date field of the transaction and the user must click with mouse or tab back down to the next split.  

Instead the cursor should move to a new split.
