Please describe the problem:
Running dia on an German system (ubuntu dapper), decimal numbers (for expamle coordinates or colour-values) get exported the wrong way: Instead of decimal points they have commas. This is the case at least with exports to xfig, pictex and metapost.

If you just would update to the not so recently released 0.95.x this bug will be gone. As well as a lot of other bugs.

Thank you for the bug-fix, but with dia 0.95 for example the export of UML-classes  is broken due to wrong font-scaling or line-breaking: Exported (mp or fig), text (of attributes or methods) gets broader than the frame of the class.
