I wouldn't have known it was epiphany if it weren't for the stack trace. Looks similar to the stack trace from https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=349463 Anyhow, could you please upgrade to the latest Epiphany version (2.16.2 or HEAD), the latest xulrunner back-end and install the debug packages for xulrunner? Then if the problem is reproducable, please send another stack trace. Thanks!
