Thanks for taking the time to report this bug. This bug report isn't very useful because it doesn't describe the bug well. If you have time and can still reproduce the bug, please read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/bug-HOWTO.html and add a more useful description to this bug.
*** Bug 372998 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
both the duplicate bug and this bug's description are: "Saved file and then closed window" reopening.
(I submitted the duplicate) I am pretty sure that this occurred as a result of attempting to close the window before the file write had finished (it takes longer in this version than in the older ones). I clicked the "Save" button and after a couple of seconds, clicked the "X" to close the window. This brought up the "Do you want to save the file" dialog. I clicked "Save the file" and the program crashed. The file was not saved. I had to re-enter the new data. So probably my fault but the program certainly needs an interlock to make sure that the file save is not already in progress when it receives TERM. I did not spot the progress bar in the lower right initially. I will watch it more carefully in the future! Thanks, this is a very impressive crash reporting system. I hope it provides useful information in the dump. Mike
