GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 370025
gnome-settings-daemon crash upon login
Last modified: 2007-10-02 17:44:56 UTC
Steps to reproduce: gnome-settings-daemon started crashing upon login after I upgraded to Fedora Core 6. Note: This appears similar to Bug 369256, but has some additional information in the stack trace. Hence, I raised it as a new bug. Below is another trace - but this time with libxklavier-debuginfo installed. The backtrace appears to be slightly different. Also, there is Bug 370038 for a similar crash in keyboard preferences. The root-cause seems to be libxklavier in both cases. Just FYI so that information can be shared across teams.
