What were you doing when the application crashed?
Whenever trying to open "Adjust Date & Time" using the drop-down menu in the Gnome panel, it crashes instead of opening with this error. Switching to the Clearlooks Theme fixes this problem, but after switching back to the Ubuntu default "Human" theme, the crash returns. I believe this may be related to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=354486
