What were you doing when the application crashed? I tried to create a new folder on a cdr I wanted to burn, but when I started typing the name, it lost focus and became 'untitled folder' again. I just noticed that after nautilus (CD/DVD Creator) crashed, I restarted it and the folder I renamed correctly had the name '2006' I tried it to give in the first place.
