Separate save/save-as for article attachments

In the C pan, I could hit shift-s to save an article attachment with no further interaction, or save-as to select a directory to save to. As far as I can tell, there's no quick way to save an attachment to the default location without having to interact with a dialog. This would be nice to have back. Other information:
