right now if you click somehwere on a scale the slider moves towards the location it only jumps to the location if you middle-click it.
While I think the first behaviour is resonable for Scrollbars, I think using the second behaviour makes more sense for scales.
and even if you dont want to change it, I think it should be configurable for the user.
