Kernel panic - not syncing error booting in VMWare 4

OS: WinXP SP2 WMWare version: 4.0.0 build-4460 When attempting to boot a vmware machine from the LiveCD ISO image (not from CD-ROM), the following happens - Boot screen appears asking to wait 20secs. yes, you need to set xvesa server, on the live cd. but new version doesnt make any problem when using vmware ! Please, see there : http://gparted-forum.surf4.info/viewtopic.php?id=313 thx
