i hate have a note full of lilnks like:

can be nice if you can select this long url (right button?) to assing a "title" so you only see the link title, and a lil icon (chain?) to know it is an external link.

I'm marking this is a dupe of new bug #466338.  I know this is the older bug, but the other one is linked to Launchpad already so this will probably be more convenient for somebody.
