Description Antoine van Gelder 2006-09-18 19:03:16 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Pre Gnome 2.16 one used to be able to switch windows to a new workspace by clicking on the title bar of a window before hitting the 'switch workspace' shortcut keys.

Steps to reproduce:
(note: I map my workspace switch shortcut to alt+f1, alt+f2 etc)

1. Hold down Alt
2. Click window title bar
3. Press e.g. f2

Actual results:
Nothing happens now.

Expected results:
I expected to switch to the new workspace and for my window to move to the new workspace.

Does this happen every time?
*sob*

Yes.

Other information:
You may think I'm crazy but this single feature is the reason why I've stuck relentlessly to gnome for most of the last decade. Please bring it back!
