Description David Trowbridge 2006-09-11 05:42:48 UTC
When the window is maximized and more than one tab is open, the scrollbar is two pixels away from the right side of the screen, which makes it so I can't just slam my pointer over to the side to hit it.

This may be fixed in 2.16 & HEAD -- I didn't see anything in the Changelog that looked like this bug, but I might have missed it.
