Please describe the problem:
when i saved a new csv file, gnumeric didn't remember the current filename and filetype, so in the next saved, gnumeric asked that filename and/or filetype again.

Steps to reproduce:
1. when saving a file
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
gnumeric asked that filename and/or filetype again and again

Expected results:
gnumeric remember it

Does this happen every time?
yes

csv is a lossy format. So saving as a csv file does not change the current file name. THis is not a bug but intentional design!
