Description Tomasz Torcz 2006-09-04 19:07:40 UTC
Sometimes, especially after few hours of use, switching between
tabs becomes very slow. After pressing alt+number, active tab
changes, but no text is drawn for 1-2 seconds. During this time
GNOME Terminal uses 100% cpu. Then text appear and everything
becomes responsive again. But switching to another tab is still slow.
What interesting, other terminal window do not behaves that way -- in one
window switching tab is instant, in other it takes up to 2 seconds.

Maybe it's related to bug #342125. All my terminals are 90x60 or bigger.
It's not easily reproductable -- it just happens sometimes.

Chris, that's a gstreamer bug. Did you mean bug #342125?
Comment 3 Chris Wilson 2007-01-26 00:35:03 UTC
Not quite. Hopefully I selected the one about memory fragmentation...
