Could a help button be added to bug-buddy in time for 2.16 release?

The manual for BB is out of date, but IMO it's no longer needed.
A relevant place to link to however is the section in the User Guide on reporting bugs, ghelp:user-guide?feedback-bugs

I've tested this and it works here.  Just need to get release-team approval to break code freeze.

Just had a crash and I see this didn't make it into 2.16.

What exactly was the point of me rushing to beat the deadline on the documentation if there isn't the interface to go with it?
