Please describe the problem:
File-roller does not archive empty folders

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a folder with some empty folders,
2.  make a tar.gz
3. extract the archive with file-roller, empty folder are not there


Actual results:


Expected results:
same behaviour as the tar -czvf / tar -xvf

Does this happen every time?
yes
