According http://gstreamer.net/ new official released versions of -good and -bad were released 10 days ago, but the Fedora Core 5 packages have not yet been updated:

http://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/pkg/fedora/5/0.10/i386/gst/?C=M;O=D

and still only include the 0.10.3.2 release candidates.
