Description of the crash:
I was using gui to drag and drop files into folders and got dialog box
"The Application "gnome-panel" has quit unexpectedly. It does not matter
if you choose Restart or Close; another dialog box says "I've detected a
panel already running and will now exit." Press ok and you get the other
dialog box, and so it goes back and forth.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. My description above should cover that, I can't reproduce it, cause I
can't stop it!
2. I have tried rebooting and running up2date it still does not stop
3. 

Expected Results:
For the panel to work and stop wasting my time on such a silly problem

How often does this happen?
Now it does not stop.
