1. Download:

2. Select the "Dutch" language in the list
3. See Arabic subtitles

The French and English subtitles also don't appear. The subtitles show up in the right language using xine-ui (and not at all using the xine-lib Totem backend).

Known issue, will work after a seek (flush). Not hacked around at the moment since a decodebin rewrite is in the progress which will fix this properly.
