I'm in folder "/foo/bar", I click <CTRL>F and search dialog is opened with search criteria Location", which has value $HOME.

I think instead of $HOME it will be much better to be the current folder, because this is where I want to search. 

Other information:
This concerns only cases in which search dialog is requested from nautilus window.
