When I use the template mechanism in nautilus to create a new file,
it does not show up until I reload the folder with C-R.

This is with gnome-vfs 2.15.90  and nautilus 2.15.3

Same thing happens on smb:// (which of course isn't inotify faults). Also I don't see some directories after initial loading since a few weeks. I wonder if this isn't nautilus fault.
