Description Clément Rezvoy 2006-07-29 23:41:56 UTC
Please describe the problem:
using nautilus-sendto_0.7 custom package for ubuntu 6.06 from excentral repository (http://www.excentral.org/ubuntu/dapper/).

sending a file using nautilus-sendto via bluetooth always results on an error "unable to read file: file:///path/to/somefile" (roughly translated from my french locale)

Steps to reproduce:
1. select a file
2. right click -> send as
3. send as; bluetooth

Actual results:
error dialog (see message above )

Expected results:
a normal file transfer should start

Does this happen every time?
yes

this one-line patch works for me

maybe a better solution would be to fix gnome-obex-send to handle URIs.

Nope, gnome-obex-send was already fixed for that case.
