I find myself often wanting to write notes about tracks -- "sounds like the Goo Goo Dolls", "tag: dup?"

Such a feature would rock, and would make a nice augmentation to smart playlists, letting you build automatic playlists that follow themes. Genres aren't specific enough, nor can a track have multiple genres.
