The attached patch adds fullscreen mode to the following gnome-games:
Blackjack, gnect, gnibbles, gnobots, gnotravex, and gnotski.

Iagno, gataxx, gnometris and gtali still don't have a fullscreen mode, but I'll implement this later. 

If there are no comments on the patch, then I will commit it shortly.

Looks fine to me. The one obvious thing that is missing is appropriate updates to the manuals, although it is probably an obvious enough thing not to worry about in this case.

It's a pity there is no easy way to abstract out all the almost-identical code.
