Wrong display of "From" field if name contains spaces & not enclosed by quotation marks

That bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/49444 "The "From" line/string presented by evolution has some characters missing and some twisted. For example , the original string in the message source is : From: asf.ro PostMaster <mail.administrator@asf.ro> However, evolution displays it as : From: asf.roP <ostMaster mail.administrator@asf.ro> This happens always in evolutions for the error messages sent by mailservers. Other email clients work fine; The string is correct in the message source shown by evolution with CTRL-U but it is not correct when displayed on the screen. I can confirm this bug for Evolution 2.10.1. Here is another example... Message source: From: Dr. Very B. Important <very@xxx.com> is displayed as: From: Dr.VeryB <.Important very@xxx.com>
Here, From: SourceForge.net Community Choice Awards <nobody@sourceforge.net> gets displayed as SourceForge.netC <ommunity Choice Awards nobody@sourceforge.net> Right-clicking on the email address, choosing "Copy Email Address" copies the following to the clipboard: "SourceForge.netC" <"ommunity Choice Awards nobody"@sourceforge.net> Clicking "Reply" enters the following as the To: address: SourceForge.netC <ommunity Choice Awards nobody@sourceforge.net> Searching for "Community" (or "community") gives no results in the folder, but searching for "ommunity" and "netC" does. This would be annoying when I tried to search for the email and only remember that it came from a 'community', because I could not find that email with this. BTW, this email has been (wrongly) marked as Junk, maybe this was an issue with the other emails, too? I've moved the email to an archive folder before noticing the bug. GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
