Description Mikhail Zabaluev 2006-06-08 22:03:52 UTC
1. Viewing a mail folder, click into the search text field to get keyboard focus there.
2. Press Ctrl-A. Messages in the folder become selected, but the focus is still in the search field.
3. Press Delete. Somewhat counterintuitively, it does not delete the selected messages.

The behavior should be more consistent here: either don't forward the shortcuts invoked in the search field to the folder view, or, if it affects selection, switch the focus to the view.

I have made a fix to grab the focus after Ctrl+A, which would be a most desired one, imo.

fixed to head and stable branch.
