Please describe the problem:
On certain emails if you hit reply or forward the mail editor starts operating
in a right to left mode.  This occurs even though the mail is left to right and
the system is left to right

Steps to reproduce:
1. Rqquire certain email
2. Hit Forward
3. Move to above quoted text
4. Begin typing
5. Text goes right to left

Actual results:
The text that is beinh entered is entered from right to left.  So the word Hello
appears as "olleH" with the cursor still sitting before the 'o'.

Expected results:
The text entry is as normal - left to right

Does this happen every time?
No only with certain emails.  I have not been able to find a common pattern

Other information:
I will add an example email as I hope the bug is induced from something in the
email body.
