In spanish localization the xml conversion druid presents a cyrillic encoding, which isn't related in any manner with spanish.

I suppose it should shown UTF, ISO8859-1 and iso8859-15.

Please contact the Last-Translator mentioned in your translation file (I guess es.po), he might have other changes to commit.
