Description of Problem:
When scheduling meetings in Calendar, accessing and Exchange server,
Free/Busy information is displayed in UTC time.  For example, if someone
is busy between 8am-11am, then their Free/Busy information is shown as
1pm-4pm (This is for CDT zone, i.e. UTC offset of 5hours).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. schedule meeting for yourself on Exchange Calendar
2. access/update free/busy information AND expand view (another bug)
3. free busy information will be shown, offset by UTC difference
