The german docs claim:

"Farbanzahl[...] Die Farbanzahl des Bildes lässt sich minimal auf zwei und maximal auf 256 Farben reduzieren."


The english docs describe the actual behaviour (but contain a mathematical glitch, 3 levels would be 3³, not 2³):

"Posterize levels[...] The total number of colors is the combination of these levels. A level to 3 will give 2³ = 8 colors."

The translation of the label is misleading by itself, but at least the description should get it right.

To understand you correctly - the german description is wrong? And the english description has a minor glitch?
