Description of Problem:
When you remove the checkmark from a given plugin within the plugin
manager for evolution, the folder information is still left behind in
the application.
IE remove the checkmark for local folders or local calendars or Weather,
and they are still displayed in the left hand column

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Edit/Plugins
2. Remove the checkmark from any of the following Local Calendars, HTTP
calendars, local address books, Weather Calendars, CalDAV sources
3. . Click <OK>

Actual Results:
Restart Evolution and folders are still displayed

Expected Results:
Folders should be removed if the plugin is not checked

How often does this happen?
Every time.

Those named above are system_plugin-s now, which means they are core plugins which are not shown in a Plugin manager and user is not supposed to disable them.
