error when previously downloaded podcast is removed from filesystem

Please describe the problem: When a previously downloaded podcast is removed from the filesystem but not from rhythmbox, it becomes impossible to play that episode in rhythmbox. Rhythmbox will find the file is not there and display the error symbol. if the user wants to play the file, and the file is not on harddisk or otherwise unplayable, it follows that the user wants to download the file again. Sorry for my bad english, but it continues happening. If a podcast is deleted or moved Rhythmbox can't play it but its still appearing as downloaded and also can't download it again. The only thing I can do to download the deleted podcast is to unsuscribe the feed and suscribe it again, and it's cumbersome.
