Description Vassilis Pandis 2006-05-08 18:27:13 UTC
This bug has been reported by an Ubuntu user and can be found at
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/control-center/+bug/12735

I canvassed some average users (6) and I discovered that most would not expect
to find a typing break program (which it essentially is) inside a program to
configure your keyboard. In addition workrave does this much better, IMHO. Thus
I would say that we remove it from here.

Feel free to ignore the part about workrave. I just wanted to point out that the typing break is not in a very obvious place.

I'd agree here, as I found it quite difficult to find after it moved into the Keyboard capplet. However, is it really enough to have be separate capplet in it's own right? Is there an existing capplet were it would be more logically placed?

Where it is now it is *really* hard to find. Maybe in gnome-utils?
