Please describe the problem:
On startup (Win-32), the GIMP Startup screen reads "Loading Data Files... Fonts"
for a long time by comparison to how startup should be.

Steps to reproduce:
No specific steps can be taken to reproduce this problem.

Actual results:
No specific steps can be taken to reproduce this problem.

Expected results:
Startup should be faster taking only about 20-30 seconds on newer systems

Does this happen every time?
Yes.
