Description Sebastien Bacher 2006-04-30 14:33:26 UTC
That bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/totem/+bug/41110

"unlike totem-xine in breezy, it does not open shoutcast-streams (.pls, mostly mp3 or similar) in dapper.
Xine itself is able to read the streams.
An example of this regression is the radio-stream on www.gamesports.de.
...
I have exactly the same problem here! When I try to play ogg casts from Jamendo.org totem-xine gets stuck and does not play any sound. It worked in the past, but not now.

Thanks for your work!
"

Example from www.gamesports.de:

"totem http://195.13.63.169:1337" displays a "There is no input plugin to handle the location of this movie"

totem-gstreamer and xine-ui works fine on the same location
