Basically this file -- probably common -- is somewhere between separated and
fixed-width.  The fix is probably fairly easy: when we guess a space as
separator, we should...

1. Probably add [tab] as separator too.
2. Turn on an option to ignore leading separators.

We already (as-of last night) turn on see-two-as-seps-as-one.
