Please describe the problem:
"Edit Invoice" and "Blank" toolbar buttons display missing image stock icon. 
The "Blank" button in the account registers just fine.  I didn't run across an
"Edit" toolbar button elsewhere.

I'm running gnucash as of three days ago.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a new or find an existing invoice.  Toolbar should exhibit the problem.
